We could arrive and get settled quickly. We were not disturbed in the room. The breakfast is provided in advance in the mini fridge in your room so no awkward encounters in the morning. The room locked up so we could come and go as we pleased. All the furnishings were of a high quality. It was great!

This is a great little farm with sheep, horses, and chickens. I liked seeing the animals and having a separate room apart from the main house. I also liked having the breakfast food in the refrigerator in the room.

Friendly welcome even though we were quite late arriving.. Spotlessly clean.

Perfect accommodation for our 1 night stay on the way from Auckland to Rotorua. Only 15 minutes by car from the airport. Comfy bad, clean bathroom and tasty continental breakfast. Katie was very friendly and helpful. We were happy with our short stay and would recommend the place.

The owners were lovely and provided lots of provisions! For breakfast we had fruit cups, milk, tea and coffee, bread, jam, butter, yoghurt, fresh fruit, cereal. The area was lovely and quiet with cute farm animals. The room was separate from the house and felt quite private and was very clean! We were impressed with our stay here and I would definitely recommend it.
